Washington, DC—June 2, 2016—
TD Burger (250 K St., NE) is partnering with Central Union Mission for Do More 24, a day-long community fundraising event sponsored by United Way, on June 2, 2016. From 11:00 am until 4:00 pm, Mission staff and volunteers will be on hand on the TD Burger patio to share information about Central Union Mission and gratefully accept donations for Do More 24 day.

TD Burger
Chef Timothy Dean

Former BravoTV Top Chef Timothy Dean
will be available for interviews. According to Chef Dean, “I’m glad our restaurant can be a part of the Mission’s efforts to help folks in our neighborhood. When we all do a little bit together, we can make a big difference.”

Mission Executive Director David Treadwell
commented, “We can’t wait to meet our other NoMa neighbors at TD Burger on Do More 24 day. Please stop by and say hello! You’ll enjoy your delicious lunch and know that for your gift of $2.09, someone at the Mission can have lunch, too.”
