Mr. Rueger oversees the Mission’s financial affairs, including budget management and reconciliation, regulatory affairs, compliance, banking, and human resources. Mr. Rueger joined the Mission in 2023 with over 20 years of accounting and audit experience, primarily with nonprofit and federal entities. Mr. Rueger has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant.
