Little Campers, BIG Hearts Campaign - Sponsor a Child!
A week at summer camp can change a child's life forever!

Since 1934, Central Union Mission's scenic Camp Bennett in Brookeville, Maryland has operated as a summer retreat for underprivileged children.

For seven weeks each summer, at-risk youth from the Washington D.C. metro area find a safe-haven where they can learn and grow. Campers participate in a range of fun activities from swimming, singing, crafts, hiking, sports, and a rope course to a petting zoo. More importantly, campers are taught leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, kindness and compassion. For many campers, their week at Camp Bennett is the first time they have been away from the rough streets where they live.

For us to provide this opportunity to the children who desperately need it, we need the support of partners like you. Will you sponsor a child this summer through our Little Campers - BIG Hearts program? It only costs $375 to sponsor one child for a week at camp - a week that could change a child's life forever.

When you become a Little Campers - BIG Hearts sponsor, you'll find out some basic information about your camper, so you can pray for him or her during the summer. After camp, you'll receive a thank you note from your camper so you can see firsthand how your support made a difference in a child's life.
