PREPARING
FOR THE FUTURE
The meals are often prepared by persons in our Spiritual Transformation
Program under the supervision of our staff. Many who have trained
in this way have chosen cooking as a profession and have gone on
to additional schooling, finding good jobs in the food service
field.
Led by an experienced chef, the food service team provides
delicious and attractive meals for our banquets and special
occasions. They often prepare for over 500 persons for events
such as Thanksgiving and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. |
